THE SOLUTION

We place the house in the upper part of the plot, in the area closest to the street, thus achieving greater privacy to the south and the views. The building is developed in two heights, a lower floor where we find, towards the street, the service areas and towards the garden the living room and the dining room that open onto a large vegetable pergola. From the upper area through which we access we have two routes, one that leads to the service area and the other to the main entrance. The interior spaces on the ground floor are bright and visually communicated with each other, which in symbiosis with the garden increases the feeling of spaciousness. On the upper floor are all the bedrooms with bathroom en suite.

We adjust to the client's criteria, we achieve the aesthetic integrity of the house while maintaining the general aesthetic criteria already existing in the main construction, limiting ourselves to evolving small details in the extension. Our design of the new body successfully reconfigures the outdoor areas creating sheltered spaces while focusing on the views and the sun. Our intervention in the interiors, without the constraints of the exteriors, allows us a more contemporary design where good taste and the quality of the materials chosen with the client stand out.
